Refund policy

Warranty and Exchange:

  • Coasters:
    • Please notify us of any issues with your coasters within 30 days. Photo evidence is required from you to demonstrate evidence of damage from shipping such as cracks, chunking or chipping. For shipping related damage, we also require photos of your shipping box with the related debris inside.
    • Damages are limited to a one-for-one replacement coaster shipped free of charge. If the replacement piece also obtains shipping damage during another 30 day period and with photo evidence, we will resort to issuing a refund for the damaged portion of your original order, minus shipping costs. 
  • All other products:
    • Please notify us of any issues with your product. Photo evidence is required from you to demonstrate evidence of damage from shipping such as cracks, chunking or chipping. For shipping related damage, we also require photos of your shipping box with the related debris inside.
    • Because of the hand-made nature of our products, we may be unable to send a complete replacement. In this instance, we will issue a refund if we are unable to send you a replacement component (ie: cracked face of a stone clock).
